AIRPORT TRANSFERS

On the day of the cruise, our driver will meet you at the arrivals hall at the airport, with a name board displaying your name or Unforgettable Croatia logo. If you cannot locate our driver, please contact us on our emergency number so that we can assist. As our driver’s itinerary is pre-planned for the day, we cannot change any transfer times or arrange earlier or later pick-ups on the day.

 

DUBROVNIK OLD TOWN TRANSFERS

If you are interested in staying within the Dubrovnik Old Town, which is fully pedestrianized, please note we are unable to arrange transfers to the ship. We suggest you get a taxi from the Pile Gate entrance to Gruz Harbour, where the ships are docked. There are numerous taxis at Pile Gate and the cost of this transfer is €15 one way. We can arrange disembarkation transfers to Pile Gate at the end of your cruise. Police regularly monitor traffic at Pile Gate and therefore our drivers are not allowed to stop at Pile Gate for more than 1 minute, so they are unable to assist you with carrying your luggage to your accommodation. Note: Transfers organized by Unforgettable Croatia are with a pick up/ drop off at Ploce Gate.

 

SPLIT OLD TOWN TRANSFERS

If you are staying within the pedestrianized area of Split Old Town, we can only arrange transfers via electric golf cart from a selected number of hotels which have sufficient access for the golf cart to enter. We will advise you on your itinerary the method of transfer to the ship.

 

AIRBNB & PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION

Due to the complexity of finding private apartments often with limited access or within pedestrianized areas, we are unable to do these transfers on the day of boarding. Our operations team will have advised you in advance of receiving your final itinerary. We will do disembarkation transfers from the ship to the nearest point if you are staying in private accommodation. It will be your responsibility to take your luggage to your accommodation.

 

CHANGING YOUR TRANSFERS

Please note that we cannot amend your transfer arrangements within 60 days of your departure. Once your itinerary has been issued to you, no transfers can be changed.

 

CAR HIRE RETURN

Please ensure that you drop off your rental vehicle at least 1 hour before your scheduled transfer pick up time. This will allow enough time to complete the necessary paperwork, for the car hire firm to inspect the vehicle, and for you to arrive at the necessary meeting point in good time. Please note that as the driver’s schedule has been pre-planned, we are unable to amend your pick-up time on the day. If you miss your pick-up time, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the ship.
